NPTH design rule

Reason of failed review:

For the 2 holes as arrows point to,it has related pads in copper layer;however,it the gerber file,it says they are NPTH.In this case,we need raise EQ to confirm if you want to make them as PTH or NPTH.And normally we need cut copper by 0.2mm if making as NPTH.

 

Suggestion:

The NPTH should be designed in copper-free area.And it’s better to double check the details before you upload the file for review.Otherwise,we would raise an EQ and pause the order to confirm,which may delay the lead time.
