No layer orders for multi layers boards

Reason of failed review:

Per file, the layer names TOP, GND,PWR,BOTTOM. Besides, there is no additional note showing correct layer orders which may lead to mistakes during production.

Suggestion:

When you upload file of multi layers boards to our web, please make sure to fill in correct layer names matching with gerber file in the requested layer order information:

The parameters in gerber files are different from the order details online.
Some Issues concerning BGA(Ball Grid Array)
Design has no silkscreen layer but online is yes with silkscreen
The are some pads out of the board outline
