There is no stamp holes on tab routing

Reason of failed review:

Per file, the boards are panelized by tab routing. But, we are unable to find stamp holes on tab routing.

Suggestion:

When you upload gerber file, if it is tab routing, please make sure the tab routing meets our capability of 1.6mm and add stamp holes. The minimum size of stamp hole is in 0.5-0.6mm and

spacing is over 0.25mm.

The parameters in gerber files are different from the order details online.
Some Issues concerning BGA(Ball Grid Array)
Design has no silkscreen layer but online is yes with silkscreen

the spacing requirement from slot to copper trace

The spacing from one hole to another is too narrow
The requirement of beveling on gold finger area

the bottom silkscreen is mirrored
notes in the order are different from the designs in the files
do not design texts on the copper layer
Silkscreen standard size
silkscreen size and spacing in solder mask layer
