If I select PCBWay to make a panel and add rails how do I fill in the form on the website?

I have two different PCB designs (A and B) that are used in pairs so plan to put both on one panel to minimize NRE costs for assembly. Each board is 75 mm x 85mm. After reading the information on the website I am not clear on a few things:

1) should I request panels that are 1x2 (i.e. one each of A and B) or 2x2 (i.e. two each of A and B)? Or some other combination to better optimize use of raw materials?

2) Does PCBWay add tooling holes and fiducials to the rails?

3) Does PCBWay select the long side for rails by default? Or do I have to specify where the rails go?

4) V-Groove is OK for this, but routed + tabs maybe produces better board edge? Is there guidance for which method to select?
