4 Layer 1.2mm thin PCB motherboard for Raspberry Pi Compute Module

The designed Raspberry PI CM motherboard incorporates the following features: 1. 2x2A @3.3V and @1.8V High quality power supply based on TI chip which makes it compatible with feature CM version 2 product 2. High speed Four port USB2.0/100Mbits Ethernet hub 3. HDMI Output 4. WiFi support for Olimex MOD-RTL8188CU (https://www.olimex.com/Products/Components/RF/MOD-RTL8188CU/) 5. Second SD Card slot attached to the SD1 full speed interface of Raspberry Pi 6. Microchip PIC25K22 attached to the Raspbery Pi Serial port and acts as master PLC controller. 7. NRF24L01+ attached to the PIC18F25K22 8. Raspbery Pi GPIO expansion header 9. PWR, ACT/Status, LAN, WLAN, INET LEDs 10. Two LEDs connected to the PIC18F25K22 11. I2C Header for RTC 12. I2C Header for light sensing 13. CM USB boot 14. DHT22 Temperature & Humidity sensor attached to the PIC18F25K22 via RJ11 port

Step 1: CM booting via USB

BCM2835 BootROM boot from USB:
 - J4 set to enable USB boot
 - Plug host into micro USB socket J6 (VBUSB=5V)
 - GPIO47_1V8 high at boot (input with 50k pullup)
 - EMMC_DISABLE_N therefore LOW
 - On power up BCM2835 can't access eMMC so boots from USB
 - Once booted, 2835 USB boot SW forces GPIO47_1V8 LOW to enable access to eMMC
