Offset with solder mask

Dear Miss Lin, we had some problems on these PCBs with our most recent order. There is a slight offset on the Solder Mask. And this causes issues on our assembly lines. See photos below. The issues mostly occur on the BGA footprints of our components. Is there anyway you could help us fix this issue? Or do I have to place a new order and hope the PCBs will be okay this time around.
