Osprey

The Osprey is a wireless ergonomic keyboard with built-in LiIon battery management, a USB-C port for charging, and a Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller with PCB antenna. The switchplate is a simple PCB with cutouts to align all switches, and mount them in the enclosure. For this, precise milling of slots is very important. All slots required the same force to insert switches, and they were all firmly locked in place. The surface finish turned out without any scratches or defects.
