Stepper_Mtr_Controller_Brd_v1.1.0b0

The thing that I found unique was I picked up a heatsink for this board, I want to choose the one that often be found on the raspberry pi CPU module, but since I can't find it so just one with about similar size. I also replace the IC with a newer one and has CMOS technology. The dissipated heat seems was not the issue anymore. But I now faced with new issue, which is the current delivered to the motor was too big, and my previous plan to lower it was just not working, hence I need to think of a new way to control the current.
