Hello. I am very satisfied of PCBWay services. Unfortunately, my PCB were stolen in France 2 minutes after the FedEX guy deposited them into my mailbox. My Video Cameras caught the thief in action, and I deposited a complaint at the Police. What happened is not the responsability of PCBWAY, but the responsability of FEDEX who did not processed a hand delivery of my PCBs. The thief was "following" the FEDEX truck, and stole the boards 2 minutes afters it was delivered by FEDEX into the mailbox and not to me directly while I was at home all day long. I can't therefore review the PCB, and I am going to place a new order for them, changing of delivery mode because FEDEX doesn't respect hand-delivery obligation, and incidents like this one can occur.
