The board is surprisingly resilient against rework, Even after soldering ICs for 3 times with lead-free (high temp) solder, the pads are holding and in good enough condition. This technology is a good fit for my prototyping. The HASL uneveness was minimal, and did not cause any problems with QFN soldering.
