OEM

First board is a 4-layer design with controlled impedance made for an OEM customer. Some path are crytical because they carry high-speed USB (480Mbps), therefore the great support by PCBway people allowed me to choose all PCB physical parameters to tightly comply with impedance requirements: layer stack composition and sizes, clearances, etc. Second board is a small board we make to mount a BGA IC which requires very small clearances and tracks width. Even in this case, the supplier has done great in meeting our requirements, moreover in a short time.

Step 1: 4-layer board 1.6mm + 2 layer board 1.6mm

We work with XMOS BGA IC's which are designed to be used with 2-layer and 4-layer boards and require clearances and width down to 5 mils. PCBWay gave us great support in delivering all the specs we needed in a short time.
