Summary： SMT skill competition among PCBWay staff
In order to regulate behavior of employees better and improve the operating skills of employees. To inspire the enthusiasm of employees and create good atmosphere that learn from each other, the SMT department of PCBWay held the first employee skill contest. We set up a review team, developed the corresponding competition rules and rewards.
The competition is divided into silkscreen, SMT, THT(Through Hole Technology) three groups. There are total 46 staffs participate in the competition. The winners of each group appeared after a day of competition.
