Apple Pocket Pi Motherboard
Introducing the Apple Pocket Pi!
This is a homemade, retro, handheld gaming console with all the buttons and shell fully 3D printable!
The design goals for this project were to build a pocket-sized handheld console which was as easy to assemble as possible whilst keeping costs low for the required functionality.
The motherboard provides connections between all components to reduce the amount of messy wiring inside the case. It also provides support and placement for a number of key components (PAM8302 amplifier, Powerboost 500C, USB-C breakout board, Potentiometer, Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W).
The motherboard also has a built in low pass filter for the audio circuit and safe shutdown functionality which can be achieved through a simple script.
