Customer's old email is incorrect, or they haven't received the verification email. They can submit a request for email change through "Apply for Email change" form. The customer needs to fill in the new email address and provide the reason for the change.

Here are the specific steps:

Step 1: Account Settings->Change Email

Step 2: After the above operation, you will jump to the page below, click "Apply for Email change".

Step 3: Fill in the new email address and the reason for the change, then click Submit.

After clicking Submit, you will see the page as shown below.

This indicates that your email change request has been successfully submitted. Our staff will review your application based on the records you submitted. If approved, the system will automatically send an email to your new email address.
