Why do tighter tolerances need to be specified within a 2D drawing?

In standard production, dimensional tolerance control is in accordance with ISO 2768-1 standards (see table below). This is determined based on equipment and process scheduling and is a basic value. image.png

For other tighter tolerances, we can make, but technical drawing will be required to indicate critical dimensions. Since we need to perform production management on these locations, each additional tolerance control will increase the corresponding cost to ensure the dimensions. Therefore, we will adjust the quotation based on the actual tolerance requirements and the number of locations within the 2D drawing. It is recommended that customers clearly specify the locations of strict tolerances when designing.
